Our Adult BJJ classes run Monday to Friday at 6:30 PM at Coronado Plaza, Panama — same location as Sandbar. No prior experience needed: we start from scratch and progress at each person's pace. The environment is serious about technique but friendly on the mat. Every Friday: Open Mat, Open House and Open Training with no commitment.
